Our Special Events Sponsors

Each year Crowder Industries schedules special events for our employees. . The main event is our annual picnic employees received a tee shirt with the picnic theme; they stop work around noon to enjoy a cookout lunch, gift giveaways, and games. Every employee receives a gift. The gifts are mostly a variety of donated items from area businesses. Also, a few grand prizes (Stereo, TV, Grill, and La-z-Boy Recliner) are given away.

Also, we provide a free lunch for all employees once per month. At Thanksgiving and Christmas the lunch events are enhanced    

Our employees with developmental disabilities receive great pleasure from these special events. They look forward to them and discuss the past and future events on a regular basis. When serving food and drink, our goal is to always have more than is needed. Our employees eyes light up when we announce seconds are available. These events would be insignificant to a lot of employees, but the majority of Crowder Industries employees value them.
